What is an AI agent?

A chatbot waits for a question. An AI agent gets a job: watch this inbox, chase these quotes, book these calls, keep these systems in sync. It reads context, makes a plan, uses your tools, and checks with a human when the stakes are high.

That difference is why automation finally works for normal businesses. You do not rebuild your operation around new software; agents learn the tools you already use. We find the repetitive work, wire agents into it, and manage them so they keep getting better.

A chatbotanswers

  • Waits for a question
  • Replies from a script
  • Forgets the conversation
  • Stops at the website

An AI agentdoes the work

  • Gets a job and owns it
  • Plans multi-step actions
  • Remembers your business
  • Works inside your real tools

What an agent actually does, on a loop

  1. Reads the context
  2. Makes a plan
  3. Uses your tools
  4. Checks with a human

Corporate & enterprise use cases

Where agents earn their keep.

Seven industries where the repeat work is heaviest. For each: how a rollout lands, a worked example, and what agents take on at the corporate level and at enterprise scale.

Real estate

Speed to lead decides who gets the listing. Agents make you first, every time.

  1. Connect your CRM, inbox, and listing portals
  2. Agents answer, qualify, and book showings
  3. Pipeline and follow-up reports land weekly

ExampleA buyer emails about a listing at 11pm. The agent answers their questions, checks the showing calendar, books Saturday at 10, updates the CRM, and texts the listing agent a heads-up. Nobody at the brokerage touched a thing.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • Instant follow-up on every portal and website inquiry, with showings booked into agent calendars
  • Listing packages drafted: descriptions, social posts, and email blasts from one property sheet
  • Tenant and maintenance requests triaged and routed for property managers
  • A buyer and seller FAQ agent that answers financing, timeline, and neighbourhood questions

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Inquiry routing across offices and teams, with every lead tracked to a response
  • Brokerage-wide CRM hygiene: contacts deduped, stages updated, pipelines reported weekly
  • Offer and document intake with deadline tracking on conditions and closings
  • Voice reception across locations, with calls answered, qualified, and routed

Automotive dealerships

From first inquiry to the service bay, dealership work is full of rule-based follow-up.

  1. Connect your DMS, CRM, and phone lines
  2. Agents chase leads and fill the service bay
  3. Group reporting rolls up every rooftop

ExampleA trade-in inquiry lands Sunday afternoon. The agent replies in minutes, collects photos and the VIN, books a Tuesday appraisal, and has the file ready in the CRM before Monday coffee.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • After-hours lead response with test drives booked before your competitor opens
  • Service appointments scheduled, confirmed, and reminded automatically
  • Trade-in intake: photos, VIN, and condition collected before a human touches the file
  • Review responses drafted for every platform, in your voice

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Lead routing and escalation across rooftops and brands
  • Phone agents for parts and service lines, with overflow handled at peak
  • Inventory questions answered across locations from live stock data
  • DMS and CRM kept in sync, with group-level reporting compiled automatically

Mental health clinics

Care needs humans. Admin does not. Agents carry the paperwork with privacy-first guardrails.

  1. Connect your EMR calendar, phones, and forms
  2. Agents run intake, reminders, and the waitlist
  3. Clinicians get prepped notes, not paperwork

ExampleA client cancels at 7am. The agent offers the slot to the top of the waitlist, confirms the swap, updates the schedule, and flags the change for the clinician. The day stays full without a single phone call.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • New-client intake and screening forms collected and organized before the first session
  • Appointment reminders and rebooking that cut no-shows
  • Waitlist management that fills cancellations automatically
  • Insurance and billing questions answered instantly and accurately

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Scheduling across clinicians, rooms, and locations
  • Referral intake, triage, and routing with nothing lost in a fax queue
  • Session documentation prepped into templates for clinician review
  • After-hours phone answering with strict escalation rules: anything urgent goes straight to a human

Trades & construction

The job site runs fine. It is the office side that leaks money. Agents plug the leaks.

  1. Connect your quoting, calendar, and phone
  2. Agents chase quotes and answer missed calls
  3. You see won bids and booked jobs, not admin

ExampleYou quote a deck on Monday. The agent follows up Thursday, again the next week, answers a sizing question from your price sheet, and books the site visit the moment the homeowner says yes.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • Quote follow-ups sent until you get an answer, so no bid dies in an inbox
  • Missed calls answered and booked while your hands are full
  • Supplier pricing checked and orders confirmed
  • Invoices chased politely and persistently until they are paid

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Dispatch and crew scheduling support across multiple jobs
  • Permit, WCB, and compliance document tracking with deadline alerts
  • Owner and GC reporting compiled from the field automatically
  • Bid intake and qualification across estimating teams

Healthcare & professional services

Dental, physio, legal, accounting: client work is billable, admin is not.

  1. Connect practice management, email, and phones
  2. Agents run booking, intake, and document chase
  3. Billable hours go up, admin hours go down

ExampleA new client calls after hours about a consult. The agent books them, sends the intake package, chases the missing documents all week, and files everything before the first meeting.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • Appointment booking, confirmations, and recall reminders
  • New-client intake with documents collected before the first meeting
  • Year-end, discovery, or referral document chasing handled
  • An FAQ agent for hours, coverage, pricing, and process questions

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Client status updates on files, cases, and claims without a phone call
  • Intake routing and conflict checks before a file is opened
  • Long documents summarized for professional review, with sources linked
  • Phone and scheduling coverage across offices and practice groups

Retail, e-commerce & hospitality

Customers ask the same questions at every hour. Agents answer all of them.

  1. Connect your store, inventory, and channels
  2. Agents handle orders, questions, and reviews
  3. Stock, pricing, and campaigns stay in sync

ExampleAn order arrives damaged and the customer emails a photo at midnight. The agent apologizes, ships the replacement, files the carrier claim, and logs the SKU for the quality report. Support wakes up to a closed ticket.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • Order status, returns, and exchange requests handled end to end
  • Product and menu questions answered from your real catalogue
  • Reviews responded to on every platform within hours
  • Abandoned carts and lapsed customers followed up automatically

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • Inventory and pricing kept in sync across channels and locations
  • Reservations and group bookings managed at volume
  • Supplier reordering triggered by stock rules
  • Seasonal campaigns drafted, scheduled, and reported across brands

Manufacturing, logistics & agriculture

Operations run on updates nobody has time to send. Agents send them.

  1. Connect your ERP, email, and carrier tracking
  2. Agents keep orders, POs, and updates moving
  3. Ops sees exceptions, not routine traffic

ExampleA shipment slips two days at the carrier. The agent spots it, notifies the three affected customers with new ETAs, reschedules the dock, and escalates only the one order with a hard deadline.

Corporatesingle team or office

  • Quote-to-order intake with specs captured correctly the first time
  • Shipment tracking updates pushed to customers before they ask
  • Supplier follow-ups on POs, ETAs, and backorders
  • Maintenance schedules tracked with parts ordered ahead of failures

Enterprisemulti-location and scale

  • ERP and warehouse data bridged without manual re-entry
  • Compliance, safety, and audit reporting compiled on schedule
  • Multi-site inventory questions answered from live data
  • Carrier and dispatch coordination with exceptions escalated to humans

Straight answers

AI agents, answered.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to do real work on its own: read and draft email, answer customer questions, book appointments, update your CRM, or move information between systems. Unlike a chatbot that only replies, an agent can take multi-step actions under rules you set. We set them up, connect them to your tools, and manage them for you.

How much do AI agents and automation cost?

Our plans are month to month in CAD: Starter is $1,500/month for one managed agent, Growth is $3,000/month for up to three agents plus workflow automation, and Enterprise starts at $6,000/month for custom agent fleets, voice agents, and deeper integrations. Setup is free on every plan and there is no long-term contract.

Is setup really free?

Yes. Discovery, configuration, integrations, and testing are all included at no charge. You start paying when your agents go live, and you can cancel any month. We can afford to work this way because well-built agents earn their keep fast.

What tools can you integrate with?

Email (Gmail, Outlook), calendars, phone and SMS, CRMs, accounting and invoicing software, spreadsheets and documents, e-commerce platforms, and most modern software with an API. If your team uses it every day, chances are an agent can work in it.

Is my business data safe with an AI agent?

Yes. Your data stays yours: each client runs in an isolated environment, credentials are stored encrypted, sensitive actions require human approval, and everything the agent does is logged. We never use your data to train public models, and we walk you through exactly where your data lives before anything goes live.

Will an AI agent replace my staff?

That is not the goal. Agents take the repetitive, rules-based work: the follow-ups, the data entry, the questions asked forty times a week. Your people keep the work that needs a human. Most clients redeploy time, not people.

How fast can we launch?

Most single-agent setups go live inside two to three weeks. Larger multi-agent and enterprise rollouts usually land within four to six weeks. Setup is free either way, so the clock never runs against your budget.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. We handle the setup, the integrations, and the ongoing management, and your team talks to the agents in plain English. You approve what matters; the agents do the rest.

Can we run the agents ourselves instead of paying monthly?

Yes. Managed is our default because agents need tuning to stay sharp, but if you want it in-house we set everything up on your own accounts, document it, and train your team. You can also start managed and take over later. You are never locked in.

Do you use AI agents in your own business?

Every day. Our client portal automations, our site audit pipeline, our reporting, and parts of our marketing run on the same agent stack we set up for clients. We sell what we run.
