Challenge
The practice needed to communicate clinical depth without overwhelming people who may be new to therapy. It also served several audiences, including couples, adults with ADHD, and people navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma.
Healthcare
Registered psychotherapists serving the Ottawa region with CBT, ACT, and EFT for couples, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

The case file
Life Seasons Counselling serves the Ottawa region from Kanata with evidence-based support for couples, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Its clinicians draw on approaches including CBT, ACT, and EFT, but prospective clients first need to understand how that expertise relates to their lives.
We shaped the website around client concerns and forms of support rather than leading with clinical acronyms. Therapeutic approaches still receive clear explanations, while service content helps individuals and couples identify a relevant place to begin.
The Astro site is calm, accessible, and fast across devices. It gives the practice a credible local presence and provides enough information to support a thoughtful decision without making the journey toward care feel complicated.
Someone searching for help with a specific concern rarely wants a clinical modality explained first. We led with the concern (anxiety, ADHD, trauma) and let CBT, ACT, and EFT act as supporting detail rather than the headline, so a first-time visitor recognizes their situation before they have to parse a therapy method.
The brief
The practice needed to communicate clinical depth without overwhelming people who may be new to therapy. It also served several audiences, including couples, adults with ADHD, and people navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma.
We organized content around client needs, then connected those needs to CBT, ACT, and EFT where useful. Clear contact paths, accessible page layouts, and local search structure support both understanding and discovery.
